We are always struggling to improve and develop our products to offer you high quality sprinkler systems. By quality we mean that all components in your system shall work as they are supposed to when delivered to you. We also mean that the system solutions provided by us are to be correct and functional. A sprinkler system provided by us should work for many years without problems with a small amount of service. Therefore we are always trying to develop more reliable products. But remember that all our systems require service at regular bases.
To ensure that all products manufactured by us are functional all materials used are carefully checked. All products are tested at our headquarters, all parts that are to be pressurized are tested at a pressure 1,5 times the working pressure needed. Section valves are tested so that they open and close correctly and all pump units are tested so that everything is working. We also test our nozzles on regular basis to ensure the flow and spray are correct.
Besides our own testing, most of our products are tested and approved by external organisations such as Underwriters Laboratories in the US and SP Swedish National Testing and Research Institute. We also do regular fire tests both in Sweden and abroad to ensure our products work in realistic scenarios and to keep our approvals up to date.
By our definition of high quality we also mean that all customers should be offered a professional treatment in all contacts with us.
